Public Transport from Melbourne City:
Take a SUNBURY (or ST. ALBANS or SYDENHAM) TRAIN from any city station to West Footscray: travel time 12 min, walk 5 to 7 min.
At West Footscray Station, when you reach the top of the ramp (from the platform) turn to the RIGHT. If you see the football oval you have gone the wrong way!
The large road-bridge that goes over the tracks is Geelong ROAD. Walk alongside it, do not cross it. The Museum is on the same side as the station. Pass the "Bunnings" building site and cross Geelong STREET at the signals.
There is a car yard, an "iron foundry" then MMOP.
