A suburban printer gave the Museum his collection of record covers, samples of those he had printed over many years.
Here are a few of the many hundred.
They were delivered to the record company as flat sheets. They would need to be scored, cut and glued before use.
This is a great example of the many and varied jobs handled by general printers and represented in the Museum's collection. It is of great concern that much of this material is headed for the tip for lack of support with our storage requirements.
