Thompson Typecaster

There were a number of Thompson Typecasters used in Australia and there are many founts of type in the Museum made on the Thompson.

There are one or two of these machines in private hands but as yet the Museum has none.

They are mentioned here because of their historical significance.

We would be glad to acquire a Thompson. Also any books or manuals relating to them, and would like to hear from anyone who has operated one.
